Our COVID-19 Ticket Assurance

The safety of our patrons is our number one priority. However, we understand that during these uncertain times there are many “what ifs”. We want you to feel confident when purchasing tickets for a future performance in our venues.

If you purchase a ticket(s) for an upcoming Duke Energy Center performance*, but feel uncomfortable attending due to COVID-19 conditions, we will offer you a refund in full. Please follow the below guidelines when requesting a refund.

1. Email  two weeks prior to your ticketed performance.

2. Include your name, phone number, performance date and time.

3. A full refund (including service fees) will be processed within 30 days.

*This specific policy does not apply to performances and productions presented by our Resident Companies (North Carolina Theatre, Carolina Ballet, North Carolina Symphony, North Carolina Opera or PineCone) If you purchased tickets for one of these performances, please contact the respective company for further information on their refund policy and other reseating or exchange options.

The Ticket Assurance policy is only available for original ticket buyers through Duke Energy Center and Tickets purchased via third-party resellers are not covered by this policy.

Where to Buy Tickets

Visit our Event Calendar for links to purchase tickets. Tickets are primarily sold through Ticketmaster or by phone at 1-800-982-2787 and at the Duke Energy Center Box Office. When purchasing at our Box Office you will not be subject to any online fees.

Our Box Office is located at 2 E South St. and is set directly in front of Raleigh Memorial Auditorium. Our current hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 10:00AM - 2:00PM.

Will Call tickets can be picked up one hour prior to the scheduled performance up until the show starts.
