Box Office

Tickets are primarily sold through Ticketmaster (800.745.3000) and at the Duke Energy Center Box Office.

Box-office hours are 9 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The box office is located on the Wilmington Street side of the Center.

Please note: Ticketmaster is Duke Energy Center's only official online ticketing service. Tickets purchased from websites other than DukeEnergyCenterRaleigh.com or Ticketmaster.com may be stolen or counterfeit, and often carry service charges that greatly inflate the overall price of your tickets.
